We hope that you are pleased with your order. If you for any reason are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund. Once received, all items are subject to inspection. If the returned item is used, dirty or damaged, we may not refund the whole purchase amount. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired.

Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping cost and €5,50 will be deducted as shipping cost from your refund amount.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges in EU. Do you want to exchange to a different size or product? Then please contact us via hello@shopspica.com and let us know more details about your preferred exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund process. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received. We do not refund shipping charges.
