Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached for a full refund. Once received, all items are subject to inspection. If the returned item is used, dirty, or damaged, we may not refund the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a €5.50 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges
While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to order another size to find your perfect fit and return the one that doesn’t work out. If you need any help or have questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@shopspica.com—we're here to assist you!

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund process. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
