This week we work on three hip opener poses; malasana, pigeon pose and grasshopper pose. You'll find a fun and challenging asana that combines deep twists, hip openers and arm balance all in one.
Don't forget, it's open to all levels. Either you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi you'll find variations of each pose to deepen your practice.
